Payment
Our Society ApS accepts online payments with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and MobilePay Online.
The payment will be deducted from your account 2-3 business days after the order has been placed, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reserved Amount
When using a debit or credit card, the amount will be reserved. This amount remains reserved until 2-3 business days after placing the order. However, the reservation period may vary depending on the product.
Debit Card Authorisation
When using a debit card, you may see a reserved amount on your account, temporarily reducing your available balance.
If you or Our Society ApS cancel the order, we will not be able to withdraw the funds, but the reservation may still be visible on your account for a period of time.
Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) can cancel such a reservation.
Credit Card Authorisation
Funds will be withdrawn from your account once Our Society ApS processes and completes the payment for your order.
The transaction will then be visible in your bank statement.
All prices listed on the website include VAT.

Delivery & Shipping

A Track & Trace number will be provided upon dispatch, allowing you to track your shipment.
Right of Withdrawal
Our Society ApS offers a 14-day full return policy on goods purchased via the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the item.
Any return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us no later than 14 days after delivery and return the item within 14 days of informing us.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email our customer service at service@oursociety.dk, clearly stating that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Condition of Returned Items (Right of Withdrawal)
You are responsible for the condition of the item and any depreciation in value if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary, it will be considered used and may have a reduced value. In such cases, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all.

Complaints & Warranty
A 2-year warranty applies to products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Defects and faults must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the item.
The right to complain is void if the product has been mishandled or used abnormally.
