From the streets of Paris, LeclercqViallet had a vision to create a series of flatpack furniture, which could be included in various sidewalk cafes in Paris. But at the same time appealed to be used in many more contexts. Whether it would be in – or outdoor. With a curiosity for flatpack furniture they looked on every element of the objects, to create the perfect chair and tables over time it got into the Dots series. A series with the perfect balance between curves and flat surfaces, which gives the objects their own identity. The visible screws give the series an honest expression, as nothing is hidden away.
The DOTS series are made in aluminum, which make them perfect indoor and outdoor. The series are amazing in a setting together, but each product also have enough character to be used as a standalone piece. Every object from the series comes in a powder coating with structure, which gives a catchy beauty and long lasting quality.
